Rotary Camp Inspiration (Nee HANDICAMP)

Since 1982, Rotary has been sponsoring a week long live-in camp for 18-35 year olds. Camp Inspiration's purpose is to pair people with a disability with an able-bodied '"buddy to enjoy a week activities; to grow through new experiences; and to develop a greater understanding of other's needs and challenges".

The week is full of activities designed to foster camaraderie and also overcome challenges. Some of the activities include flying fox, water sports, a games night, karaoke, ten-pin bowling and visits to places like the Zoo and Adventure World.

All participants are sponsored by a Rotary Club in the District, for their accommodation, meals and activities.
