DISTRICT BULLETIN AWARD-GUIDELINES
The following weightings for importance are applied when judging Club entries for the District Bulletin Award.
Content-A Weighting of 50%. Qualifying content includes:
- Director's reports
- Reports/features/information about international, national, District and local projects;
- Reports/information/discussion on constitutional and other Club governance matters;
- Reports/features/information about Interact, Rotaract and Inner Wheel;
- Rotary Information for member education;
- Editorial, opinion pieces and originality;
- Humour suitable for public consumption; and
- Information for partners
Presentation-A Weighting of 30% This includes the quality of the bulletin design, photographs, colour, layout and the use of grammar and English.
Administrative Content-A weighting of 20% This includes duty rosters, attendance reports, future events, notices and where available suitable sponsorship.
